Helping Athletes Flourish On and Off the Ice

Our Foundational Purpose

Mission and Vision

The Fifth Line Foundation, a legacy program following the 2018 Humboldt Broncos bus crash founded by Co-op, is a CJHL & SFU18AAA athlete wellness program that aims to support junior hockey players during and post their athletic careers. Through programs and initiatives focused on mental health and wellness for CJHL & SFU18AAA players, athletes are able to focus on and thrive during and beyond their careers.
